MCE’s Land Development Department provides services to a variety of clients including the State of Arkansas, municipalities, counties, architects, universities, K-12 schools, and developers, among others.

 

We work with governmental authorities, architects, and developers to create site responsive and economical designs. Additionally, we complete the design and entitlement processes for residential, institutional and commercial developments, create landscape architecture plans, parks, and walking and biking trails.

 

We employ LEED Certified professionals, testifying to our commitment to sustainability. Organizations we align with and support include the American Institute of Architects, Arkansas Municipal League, Arkansas Recreation and Parks Association, Arkansas American Public Works Association, U.S. Green Building Council, American Society of Landsccape Architects, American Society of Civil Engineers, American Society of Professional Engineers, American Council of Engineering companies, and numerous Chambers of Commerce events.

This specialized team provides site design, landscape architecture, and entitlement services for commercial, residential, mixed-use, medical, institutional, parks and recreation, and industrial developments for a wide range of clients including developers, architects, and municipalities. Areas of our work include site design, permitting/entitlements, rezoning, and planned unit developments.
