McClelland Consulting Engineers, Inc. is a consulting engineering firm made up of civil engineers and landscape architects. We are focused on providing exceptional client service while improving the communities where we serve, live, and work. Founded in 1963 by James E. McClelland, Sr., MCE has grown to become one of the largest civil engineering firms in the region with offices in Little Rock, Fayetteville, Rogers and Fort Smith. MCE also provides geotechnical engineering, landscape architecture, environmental laboratory analysis, construction observation, construction materials testing, and land surveying.
For 60 years, MCE has provided unprecedented service to our clients by providing reliable professional design and support for their projects. Our service continues well after project completion to ensure that you are satisfied, and your project continues to meet your needs and goals.

We are pleased to announce the opening of our new office in Rogers, Arkansas! This expansion allows us to better serve our clients in Benton County and surrounding areas. We're excited to continue our growth and contribute to the development of the region from our new Rogers location.
